Dr Tony Kane FRACS

Dr Tony Kane completed his medical degree in 1988 at the University of Queensland. He trained in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the Princess Alexandra Hospital, and completed his training in Plastic Surgery at the Royal Brisbane Hospital and in Melbourne. Dr Kane was admitted to the Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons in 1997. In 1997 he travelled to Oxford in the UK where he did a further year's training. Dr Kane has interests in microsurgical reconstruction of the head and neck, breast and lower limb, and skin cancer. He is a member of the Queensland and Australian Society of Plastic Surgeons, the Australasian Head and Neck Society and the Australian Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons and is a current member of the AMA. He is a former councillor of the Australian Society of Plastic Surgeons from 2008-2014 and President of the Australian Society of Plastic Surgeons from 2014-2015.

Dr Tim Proudman, MBBS MS FRACS

Dr Tim Proudman completed his medical degree in 1986 at the University of Adelaide. He trained in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery in Adelaide and Brisbane and in 1996 became a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons. He is currently Head of Unit of Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery at The Queen Elizabeth Hospital and The Women's and Children's Hospital. Tim has served on the Board of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons from 2003 to 2009 and was Chairman of the Board from 2007 to 2009. Tim is a member of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons, Australian Plastic Surgery Society, South Australian Hand Society, Australian Hand Surgery Society, American Society of Plastic Surgeons.

Dr Sally Langley FRACS

Dr Sally Langley is the President of the New Zealand Association of Plastic Surgeons. She has been a consultant specialist plastic surgeon at the Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery Department of Christchurch Hospital since 1990. She is also a visiting Plastic & Reconstructive Surgeon at Grey Base Hospital in Greymouth, Westcoast. Dr Langley is a member of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons and has been a RACS Examiner of Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery since 2007.

Dr Mark Lee FRACS

Dr Mark Lee completed his medical degree in 1992 at the University of Western Australia. He undertook his internship, residency and basic surgical training at Royal Perth Hospital followed by 5 years of specialist plastic surgery training. After completing his plastic surgery training requirements Dr Lee spent a year in an advanced fellowship position in Oxford, UK. Dr Lee is the Deputy Director of the Western Australian Melanoma Advisory Service. He is currently a councillor with the Australian Society of Plastic Surgeons.

Dr Heather Cleland FRACS

Dr Heather Cleland completed her medical degree in 1980 at the University of Melbourne, and completed her specialty plastic surgery training in Perth and Brisbane in 1989.  She spent a post fellowship year at St Vincent's Hospital in Melbourne, and then went to the Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto for a paediatric plastic surgery clinical fellowship year in clefts and reconstructive surgery. Heather is currently head of the Victorian Adulty Burns Service at the Alfred Hospital in Melbourne, and head of the Department of Plastic and Maxillofacial Surgery at the Royal Children's Hospital in Melbourne. She is the President of the ANZ Burns Association, former member of the Court of Examiners of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons and former councillor for the Australian Society of Plastic Surgeons.

Dr Nicholas Lotz FRACS

Dr Lotz graduated from the University of New South Wales in 1995. He was admitted as a Fellow to the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons in 2005. He also completed formal training in maxillofacial surgery. Dr Lotz was the NSW State Chairman for the Board of Training for Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery (Board PRS) from 2012-2015, and served as Chairman of the Board PRS from 2015-2016. Dr Lotz was an ex-officio member of the council for the Australian Society of Plastic Surgeons, 2015-2016. His particular areas of interest include ear reconstruction (for microtia and trauma), nose surgery, breast surgery and facial reconstruction.
